Beekeepers School begins tomorrow

You can learn how to be a beekeeper. New classes start on Wednesday.

LINCOLNTON – For anyone interested in learning about beekeeping, you are invited to attend a beekeepers school that begins on Wednesday.

The beekeeping school starts Wednesday,  January 25Th at the Warren Citizen Center  in Lincolnton from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Classes will be conducted on Wednesday nights for 8 weeks.

Those interested are encouraged to come learn how to be a beekeeper. The cost is 40.00 and includes: books, the beekeeper exam, Lincoln County beekeepers club membership for a year, NCSBA membership for one year and the state exam.

New members to the club are welcome to learn beekeeping and for experienced beekeepers.

The club meets once a month on the second Thursday of each month at 7PM.
